Big problem on my Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4

i have bought samsung galaxy tab pro 8.4 month ago , great.

have big problem , message keeps saying "unfortunately, process android.process.acore has stopped"
keep pressing ok keeps on coming every 2 seconds , before shut down galaxy tab pro 8.4 there white background behind apps on normal android home sceens , after rebooted white background gone , got changed android wallpaper again

, never had problem on galaxy tab pro , old samsung galaxy tab 2 7.

mean? how fix problem? have take repair shop?
 

have tried resetting it? i’ve never seen error on nexus 7.
