Bootcamped Windows & Paralleled Windows

if install program in bootcamp windows (say ms-excel 64-bit), same program , files created therefrom available in parallel windows ?

background: have license install excel on 1 more computer. typically, 32-bit version of ms-office installed, make use of larger spreadsheet available in 64-bit version of excel. 32-bit version typically installed on 64-bit machines because there can 1 type of office installed (word, outlook, etc.). 64-bit version of office breaks things (macros, etc.). however, want use excel in bootcamp/parallel.

anyways, read windows programs need installed once. double check. wonder also, if program installed in parallel, available in boot camp.

how running parallels? did set use bootcamp partition or using separate vm?

if latter, windows/application perspective 2 different computers. if you're using latest office, can use onedrive store files , open in either environment.
