Late 2013 15" odd graphics issue

just picked refurb high end late 2013 15" , seeing odd issue, particularly wow. game runs better on iris pro 750. life of me can't figure out. else seen this? should try pram , smc reset?

i've had few system freezes forcing hard reboot. maybe got bad unit???
 

use search find me thread explain how run wow in low-res mode (native 1440x900 vs 2880x1800, event decent desktop won't run fine without going down details).

use nvidia web driver, details can found on forum.

play wow full-screen in 1440x900, maxed out details (besides anisotropic filtering x8 , view distance high) , i'm getting 30+ fps. played few arenas , bgs yesterday, fun ;d
