Printer question.

i've installed old epson photo stylus rx620 printer on new macbook pro running mavericks.

problem can print using basic print options. unlike when printer connected old windows xp machine, can no longer select different paper types, print quality (draft, normal, photo , best photo), print speed, black printing etc etc.

take apple software printer doesn't offer these options?
 

have run software update latest drivers?

when printing, did click on "show details" button?

according epson, it's supported in mavericks:
