Scaling between two windows in Parallels 10 (Windows 8.1)

hey guys,

if i'm running retina + 1 external monitor, scaling / resolution doesn't carry on if dragging window external monitor (standard 20" 1080p monitor, no scaling required). move window rmbp though, fine again.

windows set let each monitor have own scaling settings (and happening), still won't cleanly let me move windows between monitors.

thoughts?
