Anyone have a link to the Verizon $200 for iPhone 4 deal?

for few days verizon advertising if signed 2 year contract iphone 6 they'd give minimum of $200 trading in old iphone 4. deadline sep 30th send in. curiously, references iphone 6-specific deal on website gone. @ least can't find it. have link?

can still find normal link recycling/trade-in program think give $100.

wonder if buried link in new place after received flood of iphone 4 takers?
