Cloud-based file sharing Panther <--> Mavericks

hi folks,

wondering if suggest best possible way network old imac g3 (panther) 'modern' mbp (mavericks) via internet. ideally, i'd love use dropbox (or google drive), although 10.3 not supported. unfortunately imac not support 10.4.

background: use g3 @ work purpose of writing word documents...nothing more. able sync , access these documents home - , re-sync when finished. while employer allow use of shared folders on our network - accessing these shared folders home extremely cumbersome...a simple cloud-based solution amazing!

ideas? advice appreciated.

cheers

uhm, have old tray loading imac g3 runs tiger less 100mb of ram. i've installed tiger on quite few ibook g3s. makes think g3 cannot run tiger?
