MacBook 5,1 sleepy

hello,
have macbook 5.1 running smoothly on debian wheezy, gpu acceleration cuda , everything.never had problem under linux.
though problem i'm running linux because couldn't have os x run.
os x boots goes sleep, installed on different disks different versions booting installation disk gives same results. tried configuring os x on different mac(no way boot one): pmset -a sms 0 && pmset -a hibernatemode 0; still sleeps on boot (suspected faulty sms). off course reset smc pram. don't think it's inverter (running without glitch on debian).
verbous mode on boot in x complains smc
kernel: smc::smchandleinterruptevent warning status=0x0
previous sleep cause : -128.
looks hardware related, if case , why linux not complaining it.
suggestion welcome, similar experience fix way overpass...anything :)

try remove battery. have similar issue , laptop works fine , doesn't go sleep when connected directly charger no battery.
