Monitor recommendation for 15" rMBP (late 2013)

hello,

looking monitor office 15" 2013 rmbp (high spec).

usage web browsing, watching (not editing video), , office applications. keep costs down.

ideally use both rmbp screen , second monitor. need rmbp stand , external keyboard / magic mouse accomplish this?

thank in advance!
 

just question: why need eternal monitor? 15" rmbp can 1980x1200, makes equivalent desktop monitors, while delivering sharper picture. or image small you?

1 problem have external monitors washed out compared rmbp screen, because of considerably lower pixel density, seems stressful eyes. have 2 external monitors on desk (left predecessors), use 1 — if have view lots of data (such few different databases) @ same time.
