Apple Stores to Adjust Genius Bar Appointments, Set to Train Employees on New Initiative

apple planning make number of changes @ retail stores ahead of upcoming holiday season, include adjustments genius bar appointments , training employees on new initiative, according 9to5mac.

the report notes apple away suggested 15 minute time limit genius bar appointments in favor of system allows customers book sessions time limits based on how many issues have. few apple retail stores have started training new measures, full rollout of new policy expected take place in near future.

company reportedly training employees on significant new initiative sunday, august 10 thursday, august 28, may pertain in-store iphone activations. during aforementioned time period, genius bar employees receive 3 hours of training while sales employees receive 5 hours of training.
