CrashPlan issues

i wonder if else has had issues crashplan? have been in constant email correspondence 1 of helpful tech solutions chaps on week no 1 seems able pin point problem have connecting cp's servers. have uninstalled , re-installed software @ least 4 times, uninstalled antivirus software completely, switched off mac firewall entirely yet momentarily, edited command lines in terminal (under strict guidance) , added open port numbers in router. have followed instructions on crashplan web site outlines how overcome known syntax error in plist file.
doesn't seem matter (we) try, cannot further clicking on crashplan app, waiting seems age , clicking on 'no' retry connecting servers if click 'yes' square one.
cannot see might stopping connection.
else found solution or has worked flawlessly you?

 

i use crashplan , don't have problem @ all. have os x firewall on , did not open ports on router @ all.

try creating new, temp user account , login account , see if work there. eliminate running startup item in account might conflict.
