iOS 8 Sends Power Diagnostics in .PLSQL

so after tons of fiddling, got mitmproxy setup on mac (thanks this website). how works when device checks if ticket number valid , sends info apple, proxy returns fake result , sends data sent mac. confusing - found interesting instead of standard log files power diagnostics apple has been using, , still in ios 7, apple has opted use .plsql database, haven't been able open yet. have clue how open 1 of these? i'm lost , i'd love take peek around. file 30.1mb.
