Question about part# 661-5301 and 661-4919

i have original (a1237) mba dodgy cable in hinge (distorted video when display opened angles) , in market new display assembly.

officially-noted part 661-5301, prices displays ridiculous machine of age (anywhere 350-600 dollars).

however, parts late-2008 model (which looks same) substantially cheaper, display assembly running 130 bucks. part number 661-4919.

question is: has replaced either other, , cross-compatible? i'd not drop 350ish dollars on screen if don't have (replacing refuses put $ towards new one, wants fixed).

advice appreciated!

all of guides @ ifixit site list both models , show same replacement part both, except upper case , logic board. suggest other parts interchangeable. although, not list same part numbers display assembly have quoted , price part not looking for.
