UPS told me my address on license has to match to pickup

i'm having iphone held @ ups , chatted , said address on drivers license must match address on package. if not must show them ss card or birth certificate , issued state id such student id.

not have student id. told me wouldn't able pick , sent apple after x amount of time.

wtf this?? have heard? have sworn let me pick long name matched.
 

then bring birth certificate or ss card, what's hard that? :confused:
