hi all..
when tagging music, , how "accurate" is, true tagging software better if songs have meta-data in ?
basically, how more, or less accurate can tagging software based on weather exiting meta-data present? (for example if used mp3tag in windows strip out previous info, including removal of covert art) , start fresh clean library, running software of choice, find more accurate matches songs, if it had meta-data work previously, if incorrect meta-data ?
tagging software tuneupmedia, musicbrainz, or other have more advantage on cruft finds otherwise ? based on way it, i'm guessing it's depended software-to-software, , algorithm users in general , accuracy thing "play" , based on that.
thus, meta-data may in addition, doesn't play important part while tagging since listens, that's accurate..
or have got wrong ?
that depends on how each individual application works.
