MacBook Air, won't boot, white screen

my daughters macbook air (mid 2011 a1369) has more or less died. turns on, fans spin up, within second or 2 goes bright white screen. no logos or else.

there's no start chime either. keyboard seems dead, no key commands work such pram reset, command + r, safe boot etc. thing seems work smc reset , power button hold down power off. if press caps lock won't light up.

plugging in usb devices seem power few seconds after power on, seem go dead.

i've tried taking off , disconnection ssd, makes no difference, turns on bright white screen.

charger goes orange when plugged in, charges normal , goes green if left few hours.

case of dead logic board or there else worth trying? appreciated.
 

the thing worth trying imo, letting apple take , give estimate of repair may run you.
